Registered Massage Therapists are health care professionals educated and trained to accurately assess and treat the body with specific techniques that include; deep tissue, Swedish massage, acupressure, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, passive stretching, joint mobilization and rehabilitative exercise.
We utilize an all-encompassing approach that restores joint mobility, reduces muscle tension, restores balance, reducing pain, aligning your posture, increasing your range of motion, help prevent injury and building your strength.

Taylor Hepples

Taylor completed her 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria BC in 2011.

Taylor will customize your treatment plan, focusing on the goals that are important to you. Her sessions may include a wide variety of massage techniques, such as: myofascial release, deep tissue release, trigger point therapy and/or active muscle release and relaxation. No matter your interests, your abilities, or your age, Taylor will help you reduce pain, improve the way you move, and prevent future injuries.
